Returns & Store Credit / Gift Cards
As of June 1, 2023 all sales are FINAL. Please note that any items previously purchased during a sale or on sale are also final & we cannot price-match previous purchases. If you have store credit or gift cards from a previous return or gift, those payment methods will still be accepted as long as the website is active.

Repairs & Customizations
The date for repairs and customizations has PASSED. Please note that we will no longer be accepting custom orders or offering repairs to previously purchased jewelry.

Shipping 
Due to an increased volume of orders, please expect a fulfillment period of up to 7 days– in addition to transit time. Our team will continue working quickly and diligently to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible! Please note that any packages lost in transit or marked as delivered are not the responsibility of Hazen & Co

Restock Pre-Order Items
All restock pre-order items will ship before or on August 1, 2023. Please note that any orders containing pre-order items & in-stock items will ship at ONCE. We will not be drop-shipping any orders. 

Complimentary Gift Wrap
While we’re unable to gift wrap online orders due to the high volume.

Wholesale
The last day we will be accepting repairs or customization requests is June 8, 2023.
